Australia’s national cyber security advice, in one place

We teach with the nation’s trusted resources

Our training draws on guidance from the Australian Signals Directorate’s Australian Cyber Security Centre (ASD’s ACSC), the Commonwealth’s authority on cyber security, and from the eSafety Commissioner, Australia’s independent regulator for online safety and the first of its kind in the world. Between them they cover the ground from patching a laptop to keeping a five-year-old safe on a tablet.

Everything below links straight through to the source, on cyber.gov.au and esafety.gov.au.

Online safety, by who you are teaching

The eSafety Commissioner’s material is free, age-appropriate and built for classrooms and kitchen tables, which makes it the natural companion to the ACSC guidance above. We use it across the training we run for families and schools.

Early years

Under-fives are online before they can read. These set the ground rules for services and for home.

Parents and carers

Practical answers to the questions that actually come up at home, plus free live sessions you can join.

Young people and teenagers

Written for young people rather than about them, including what to do when something has already gone wrong.

Educators and schools

Lesson-ready material, a whole-school framework, and accredited professional learning for staff.

Useful to everyone
